Oriel makes a small walnut-and-fabric speaker with warm 360° sound. We are hiring a senior mechanical engineer to own the enclosure: the walnut shell, the fabric frame and the way the two meet.

You will work with our acoustic lead and our manufacturing partner in Shenzhen, and you will spend a week there each quarter.

You have shipped a consumer hardware product at volume, you are comfortable with DFM and tolerance stacks, and you care what a thing feels like in the hand.
